Located in a 28,000 sqm adaptive-reuse former power plant in Berlin, our lab is a living organism of 140 scientists, designers, engineers and futurists working at the bleeding edge of materials science, synthetic biology, and climate systems design.
We don't just research. We prototype at scale. Our 17 in-house fabrication bays have birthed everything from algae-powered batteries to self-healing mycelium skyscraper facades.
